Axial Flow Fans

The axial design uses axial forces to achieve the movement of the air or gas, spinning a central hub with blades extending radically from its outer diameter. The fluid is moved parallel to the fan wheel’s shaft, or axis of rotation. The axial fan wheel is often contained within a short section of cylindrical ductwork, to which inlet and outlet ducting can be connected.

These are designed to provide efficient trouble free service and reduce the initial and operating cost to the minimum. Tubular axial fans are designed to meet the requirement of general ventilation and air-conditioning/refrigeration field. The impellers are made of vast aluminium alloy/ stainless steel/ fibre. These impellers are directly mounted on motor shaft and are aerodynamically balanced. fan hoods are fabricated from mild steel plates and have been provided with foot mounting arrangements and flange on both ends that facilitates installation of the fan.
